Swedish Massage is a gentle, relaxing form of massage. It uses a series of long strokes, kneading, friction, and vibration to affect the more superficial layers of muscle. Like most massages it can increase circulation, remove metabolic waste products, help obtain a feeling of connectedness and better awareness of the body's use and position. It can help reduce emotional and physical stress is often used for stress management.

Deep Massage works the deep muscles and tissues with long, slow strokes. Deep massage stimulates circulation and helps lymphatic flow, by promoting detoxification and oxygenation of stagnant tissues. Deep doesn't necessarily mean painful and is often refers to the depth and level of the client's positive experience, not just the amount of pressure.

Sports Massage is therapy performed at regular intervals on athletes, which increases circulation and can prevent injuries from happening. It focuses on the muscles relevant to the particular athletic activity. It also can include pre-event, post-event and maintenance techniques, promoting greater athletic endurance and performance, lessening chances of injury and reduces recovery time.

Myofascial Release is a gentle blend of stretching and massage that is used to promote healing and relieve pain. This technique is used to ease pressure in the fibrous bands of connective tissue, or fascia, which encase muscles throughout the body. Scarring or injury to this network of connective tissue can be a major cause of pain and impeded motion. The therapy's easy stretches alleviate these problems by breaking up, or "releasing," constrictions in the fascia.

Zen Shiatsu is a Japanese form of bodywork designed to influence and balance the state of ki (energy or life-force) that defines us. Shiatsu combines gentle manipulation of the body tissues through finger pressure and stretching which opens of the energy meridians of the body. It is done fully clothed on a floor mat or can be incorporated into a deep or Swedish massage.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle method of evaluating and enhancing the functioning of Craniosacral system, which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
